• How much does it cost?
• $175 if you buy your Sneakers from Jawns on Fire.
• $195 if you bring in your own sneakers
• Orders can be expedited to 2-3 Business Days for an additional $100

• Can I bring in my own Sneakers to be Cleated?
• Yes; however the price to complete the conversion is $195 compared to $175 if you buy the cleats from Jawns on Fire.

• Is There a Warranty On My Custom Cleat Conversion?
• All of our sneaker conversions carry a 6 month warranty from Custom Cleats.
• This means that if the cleat bottom separates from the sneaker within 6 months of the conversion date, it is 100% covered.
• If we determine the sneaker can not be repaired, you get a full refund of the conversion cost.

• How Long Will It Take To Get My Custom Cleats?
• Standard orders: Once we get the sneaker it will be converted within 5 days and returned shipped UPS ground. The 5 days does not include Sundays
• Expedited orders: Once we get the sneaker it will be converted within 1 to 2 days and return shipped UPS overnight.

• Where do I pick them up when their completed?
• You can pick up your Custom Cleats at Jawns on Fire or we can ship them to you.
• We will call you when they arrive and are ready for pickup.

• Do I Need to Find Spikes/Cleat Bottoms to Send In?
• You DO NOT need to find spikes.
• We have the cleat options for you to choose from.
• You simply purchase which type and color you want from our site, and then we will install them on the kicks you send to us.

• Do I Need to Find Spikes/Cleat Bottoms to Send In?
• You DO NOT need to find spikes.

• What Size Cleat Do I Select for a Sneaker That Is A Half Size?
• You can choose either the cleat bottom that is a half size higher or lower than your sneaker -- Either one will work.
• For example: If the sneaker size is 10.5, the Cleat/Plate choice can either be size 10 or size 11.

• Do You Have Youth Sizes Available?
• Yes - In a few plate versions we do provide Youth sizing.
• The following cleat plates come in Youth sizing:
• Black Turf Plates
• White Turf Plates
• Black Molded Tooth Plates
• White Molded Tooth Plate

• Can I buy just the cleat?
• No, we do not sell just the cleats

• How Do I Submit A Warranty Claim?
• If it's within the first 6 months of the conversion taking place, please contact us at 1custom.cleat.inc@gmail.comwith image of the problem on the cleat.
• Once we receive your email and confirm the conversion is under warranty, we email you a PREPAID UPS RETURN SHIPPING LABEL to return the cleats back to us.
• Simply place the label on your shipping box and drop off at your local UPS location.
• We will evaluate the damage and determine if a repair or a refund will be given.
• Refunds for the conversion cost will only take place if there is irreparable damage to the shoe.
